Commercial Kitchen Mechanic

The Commercial Kitchen Mechanic supports the successful operation of a high-volume arena hosting NHL, WNBA, PWHL, major entertainment, and other events. This role diagnoses, repairs, installs, and maintains commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, fryers, combis, refrigeration, prep equipment, dishwashers, hoods, and beverage systems.

The position requires strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including experience with 480V three-phase systems, and the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. The mechanic performs preventive maintenance, maintains service records, communicates professionally with clients, and works independently while supporting other Engineering teams.

CO₂ beverage system experience is highly preferred.
