Job description
The Building Maintenance Technician (BMT) is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and improvement of Climate Pledge Arena. Under the supervision of the Chief Engineer, this position includes the areas of carpentry, dry wall, wall finishes including wallpaper, engineered materials, tile, furniture assembly, door locks and doors.
Additionally, this job also includes working with vendors and subcontractors.
