• Thursday, Full-Time) Reports to: Dickson Campus Pastor Purpose Lead the strategies and tactics to support the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus through Community Groups and Local Good at Cross Point Dickson. Skills & Abilities

• Able to communicate vision to groups of people, large and small• Strong in executing events and strategies with attention to detail
• Commitment to embody and champion the vision of Cross Point, the multi-site strategy and the Cross Point staff values Primary Responsibilities Leadership of Groups at Dickson: responsible for strategy, promotion, leader recruitment, and pastoral care for group leaders and coaches Shepherding and leading group leaders by encouraging and equipping them to lead their group in spiritual growth and healthy relationships Collaborate with the central groups team on best practices with recruiting and equipping group leaders, group leader appreciation events, group leader trainings, and group launches Grow and develop all group types at the Dickson Campus, strategizing new ways to get people connected in community Effectively follow-up with people interested in joining a Community Group, assimilating them into a group as soon as possible. Leadership of Local Good at Dickson: maintain a working knowledge of the Dickson community and it’s most pressing needs, and continually strategize ways that Cross Point can partner to love on the community Collaborate with the Campus Pastor and the central local good team on best practices for recruiting local good leaders and finding and developing local partnerships Lead in the details, organization, and execution of Serve the City projects Empower local good leaders to lead regular projects throughout the year Oversee the benevolence process
