Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Dermatology Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is positive, motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Ideal Candidate Attributes Strong knowledge of dermatology terminology, procedures and patient care protocols Pleasant, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Strong team player Self-motivated with initiative Efficient and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is helpful, but not required Key Responsibilities Room patients and document intake in EMR (Modernizing Medicine/Mod.

Med) Obtain consents for procedures Prepare and assist with procedures (biopsies, excisions, MOHS) Set up and maintain sterile procedure environments Prepare lab specimens for processing according to insurance requirements Provide patient education and reinforce treatment plans (pre/post care) Perform suture removals and dressing changes Assist with clinical photography Clean instruments and operate autoclave Scribe for physicians and APRN/PA providers Handle patient communications, including calls, prescription refills, and pathology results Perform Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and prepared for patient care Assist with biologic injections and training Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience required Interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Dermatology Tech or LPN Benefits (Full-Time) Competitive pay based on experience Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability 401(k) Uniform Allowance Cosmetic & Aesthetic Perks Employee Discounts Supportive, team-oriented work environment A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
