An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis 3 in Amara Lounge

• Kitchen to join Jumeirah Living Marina Gate. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Gather, measure, mix, and prepare meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings according to specified recipes and instructions. Wash, peel, and chop vegetables, fruits, and meats as required, ensuring all preparation meets hygiene and quality standards. Cut and season various meats as directed by senior culinary staff, maintaining consistency in preparation techniques. Prepare basic dishes such as salads and sauces as instructed, ensuring adherence to recipe specifications and plating guidelines. Follow established recipes and plating guides precisely to maintain consistency and quality in food presentation. Ensure proper stocking and organization of food items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain freshness and availability.
