• Food & Beverage to join Amara Lounge -Service in Jumeirah Living Marina Gate . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Welcome and engage guests professionally, ensuring a warm and personalized dining experience throughout their visit. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, recognizing preferences and anticipating their needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize operational efficiency and guest comfort. Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up. Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Promote outlet offerings, special events, and seasonal promotions to enhance guest engagement and drive revenue opportunities.
