Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions. Handle high-volume and mass recruitment requirements. Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels. Conduct initial screening and phone interviews. Coordinate interview batches with clients and ensure candidate attendance.

Follow up with selected candidates throughout the hiring and joining process. Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment trackers. Monitor recruitment KPIs, productivity, and hiring progress.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Previous experience in Blue-Collar and High-Volume Recruitment is essential. Experience recruiting for positions such as retail staff, warehouse workers, drivers, cleaners, and restaurant crew is a plus. Good knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment techniques.

Strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work under pressure. Experience with ATS platforms is preferred.
