Sales Coach (Shona speaking)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, Shona-speaking Helpdesk Consultant to join a dynamic Member Relations team!

In this role, you’ll do more than answer questions, you’ll become a trusted guide, coach and motivator, helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses, overcome challenges and reach their goals. Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent. Approximately 2–3 years’ relevant experience in customer service, sales, business development, network marketing, entrepreneurship or a related field. Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting entrepreneurs to achieve business goals will be advantageous. Intermediate computer literacy.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to travel when required and provide occasional after-hours support.
