Assistant General Manager

Position: Telehandler Sales Role & Responsibilities

1. Independently responsible for volume growth in Telehandler sales in Rajasthan & Haryana region
2. Drive sales targets and expand market share
3. Lead, Train and Mentor Dealer sales team to ensure effective pipeline management and quick order closures.
4. Market intelligence, monitor competitor movement and demand drivers to refine sales.
5. Technical knowledge of earthmoving equipment to showcase technical advantage to customers
6. Proven ability to close high value deals and manage contract negotiations Key Functional Competencies Hands on experience of Heavy Machinery sales Ability to demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Strong communication and presentation skills Hands on experience in negotiation skills Knowledge of Sales Force system Experience of managing team of dealers Proactive attitude and passion to lead with integrity Learning Agility
