Senior CRM & Data Analyst

Summary Position Own CRM strategy and lifecycle programs that improve lead nurturing, conversion, retention and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Define lifecycle strategy for leads, prospects and owners. Design email, WhatsApp and SMS journeys and lead-nurturing programs. Partner with Dealer/Sales teams on lead distribution, follow-up and conversion. Build segmentation, retention and repurchase analytics. Govern data quality, consent and campaign compliance with LGPD.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent pratical experience). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English 5-8+ years in CRM, marketing automation or data marketing. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, RD Station or equivalent. Strong analytical and privacy-by-design mindset.

Location and work-mode: 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
