Deputy Lead Cloud & System Engineer, Global IT

Lead the design, implementation, management, optimization, and troubleshooting of the company’s cloud and system infrastructure across multi-hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, and private cloud platforms) Own the full lifecycle of compute, storage, and platform services in public cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security Design, deploy, and maintain robust virtualization and hypervisor stack environments, including operating system provisioning, patching, and optimization Develop and maintain reusable and scalable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules to provision and manage cloud and system resources across hybrid environments using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure code to enable consistent, automated, and version-controlled deployment of cloud and system resources Implement Dev.

Sec. Ops practices, integrating security and compliance checks into pipelines, enforcing IAM policies, and applying least-privilege principles across cloud and system platforms Ensure platform reliability through capacity planning, performance tuning, backup and restore operations, disaster recovery planning, and incident response Maintain platform observability through centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions Optimize cloud costs using Fin.

Ops practices, including rightsizing, autoscaling, lifecycle management, and spend visibility Troubleshoot complex cloud, system OS, and virtualization issues, collaborating with the Network team Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration standards, runbooks, and standard operating procedures Work with cloud vendors and service providers for project delivery, technology evaluation, and ongoing support Participate in ITIL-based change management, incident response, and problem management processes
