Senior Associate Lead - Organization Development

Infosys BPM is looking for experienced Organization Development professionals to join its dedicated Organization Development (OD) function under the Human Resource Development umbrella. This role will partner closely with senior business and HR leadership to drive enterprise-wide talent strategies, leadership development initiatives, succession planning, capability-building programs, and career architecture reviews. Given the strategic nature of the role, the incumbent will work directly with leadership teams and act as a trusted advisor in shaping the organization's talent and capability agenda. Therefore, exceptional communication, executive presence, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Talent Management initiatives, including talent reviews, succession planning, talent assessments programs. • Partner with business and HR leaders to identify critical talent, high-potential employees, leadership pipelines, and capability-building priorities. • Design, implement, and continuously improve Talent Management frameworks aligned with organizational goals. • Drive modernization of talent processes through digital platforms, advanced assessment methodologies, and data-driven decision-making. • Design and manage behavioral, functional, and leadership assessment frameworks and provide actionable insights to leaders. • Review and enhance competency frameworks, career architectures, and leadership capability models. • Function as a strategic OD consultant to HRBPs and business leaders on talent and organizational effectiveness priorities. • Ensure governance, compliance, ethical assessment practices, and data privacy standards across all OD interventions. • Lead and mentor team members while driving high-quality project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, Talent Assessment, Workforce Capability Building, or Strategic HR roles. • Strong exposure to succession planning, competency mapping, talent reviews, assessment centers. • Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights. • Strong knowledge of psychometric assessments and talent evaluation methodologies. • Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar analytics and visualization tools. • Experience managing external consultants, assessment partners, and leadership development vendors. • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive-level articulation skills.

Additional: • Certifications in psychometric tools such as MBTI, Hogan, OPQ, or equivalent. • Certifications in Organization Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or other HR disciplines. • Exposure to AI-enabled talent assessment platforms, HR technology, and digital talent ecosystems.
