Prime Group is looking for a Training & Development Manager to create the training, processes, and reporting that help our multifamily teams perform at their best.

Job Summary

The Training & Development Manager – Multifamily is responsible for the development and implementation of multifamily business operations, policies, and procedures through training, process improvement, and performance reporting.

What You'll Do

Review and analyze existing processes to enhance them and identify best practices Collaborate with corporate leadership to create training and development material on our e-learning university platform Determine the frequency and recurrence of training sessions Manage employee training engagement and KPIs Keep training tools and curriculum up to date to meet the needs of the business, including software and tool updates Identify and compile Key Performance Indicators for site performance Research products and systems in the marketplace that would enhance operations, improve resident experiences, or increase revenue opportunities Provide reporting for property business operations Handle administrative duties as necessary Travel occasionally to visit properties or conduct in-person trainings What You Bring Minimum two years' experience in a training role, or experience as a multifamily rental property manager Associate's degree and two to four years of multifamily property management experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Certified professional in training management and development preferred, not required Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence, with working knowledge of multifamily jargon Ability to speak effectively before leadership, employee teams, and customers Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, bonuses, proportions, and percentages, and apply basic algebra and geometry Ability to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Ability to sit, stand, and walk, and to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds Why You'll Love It Here Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a growing organization About Prime Group Prime Group's vertically integrated approach unifies multiple real estate disciplines under a single roof, sharing a multifaceted vision of improved, sustainable real estate development through diverse strengths, strategic affiliates, and talented in-house professionals.
