BAS Controls Technician III

Key Responsibilities

Install, commission, and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS) and associated control hardware Diagnose and remedy BAS software, hardware, and communication network issues Conduct point-to-point testing and commissioning procedures to ensure accurate system operation Evaluate system functionality and performance to optimize building operation Modify, adjust, and improve BAS control logic and programming when required Ideal Candidate Experienced BAS Technician, Controls Integrator, or Service Specialist Skilled in BAS troubleshooting, commissioning, and system-level diagnostics Hands-on experience with Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or KMC platforms Ability to develop and edit BAS graphics, logic, and control sequences Strong grasp of HVAC fundamentals, control strategies, and integration standards HTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
