Senior HVAC Technician II

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, split systems, VRF systems, cooling towers, and building automation controls. Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on commercial equipment. Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical schematics. Test electrical components, motors, compressors, and control systems using appropriate diagnostic tools. Identify system deficiencies and recommend corrective actions or system upgrades. High school diploma or GED required; HVAC technical school training preferred.
