Supervisor, eDC Inventory Control

JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor, eDC Inventory Control is directly reporting to Assistant Manager, eDC Inventory Control and responsible to responsible to ensure and maintain quality inventory control. Monitor the performance of Associate, Inventory Control to ensure the process of quality physical and system inventory of items are properly done. JOB ROLES

• Monitor the performance of Associate, Inventory Control and determine areas for improvement
• Ensure the process of quality physical and system inventory of items based on the Standard Operating Procedure is done properly
• Secure record completeness of all pertinent inventory documents and report any discrepancies in quantity, serial number, defects, and other discrepancies
• Review and evaluate the processed documents of inventory items and make sure reconciliation versus system (i.e., WINS)
• Monitor and maintain cycle counts are timely and accurately completed and conducted monthly physical and system inventory
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
