Group Category Manager, Beauty Business

SUMMARY The Group Senior Category Manager is responsible for managing multiple categories, developing strategies and driving category plans and programs across the O+O platforms to ensure relevancy and improve market share, thereby achieving category brands sales, margin, and other income ROLE

• 100% Delivery of total group category sales and achievements of all required agreements (TTA, promotions, etc.) according to agreed timelines
• Budget achievement for stocks weeks cover and slow-moving stocks through weekly coordination with supply chain on product assortment and decisions on SMS
• Conceptualizing selling O+O category building programs to all category supplier and ensuring seamless implementation resulting in sales OI target achievement
• Optimizing category sales and profit by collaborating with top and mid-tier suppliers for better margins
• Crafting and implementing plans and programs across all retail channels (ie. Watsons, SM Beauty, Ecommerce and Social Commerce) and ensure channel differentiation and better customer experience
• 98% compliance on ROS and 100% compliance on Company Policies and Business Processes /Procedures
• 100% implementation of competency development agreements
