About the Role

The Laborer position is essential to supporting our projects across multiple sites within the United States. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks that contribute directly to the successful completion of projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met. The Laborer will work closely with skilled operators and superintendents to prepare and maintain work areas, handle materials, and operate basic equipment.

Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are critical to prevent accidents and maintain a productive work environment. Ultimately, the Laborer plays a vital role in facilitating smooth project workflows and achieving organizational goals through reliable and consistent effort.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and willingness to adhere to all safety protocols. Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Team player attitude and willing to take on assigned tasks. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related labor-intensive field. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.

Responsibilities

Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment to and from job sites. Prepare and clean work areas by removing debris, setting up tools, and ensuring safe conditions. Perform Flagger/Spotter duties. Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, mixing substances, and performing basic construction tasks.

Operate hand and power tools under supervision, following all safety guidelines and procedures. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively to coordinate daily tasks and project needs. Skills: The required skills enable the Laborer to safely and efficiently perform manual tasks that support project progress, such as lifting, carrying, and operating tools.

Attention to safety protocols ensures a hazard-free work environment, minimizing risks for all team members.
