Senior Manager – Global Ocean Training & Capability Development

Establish global ocean training frameworks, role-based learning pathways, and capability development roadmaps Design engaging e-learning modules, user guides, quick-reference materials, and train-the-trainer toolkits Partner with Process Excellence to translate operational shifts and system deployments into functional learning content Deliver targeted virtual workshops, executive briefings, and train-the-trainer sessions across international operating units Govern a centralized global training repository with clear version control, access privileges, and content maintenance standards Coordinate with regional training managers to adapt core training materials for local market realities and regulatory needs Evaluate completion metrics, user adoption rates, and feedback mechanisms to continuously identify capability gaps Align functional ocean training initiatives with broader corporate HR and enterprise-wide learning governance
