Finance Analyst & Accounts Payable / Treasury OMODA & JAECOO Argentina | Buenos Aires | On-site We are expanding our Finance team in Argentina and looking for analysts with experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or both. This posting covers opportunities in two areas of the team. You can apply if your experience is focused on either one; we will discuss the best fit during the selection process.

You will join a growing local operation and work closely with colleagues in Argentina and internationally. We are looking for people who enjoy hands-on finance work, take ownership of their tasks, and can help build reliable processes as the business develops. Accounts Payable Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Receiving, reviewing and recording supplier invoices, credit notes and supporting documentation.
• Checking invoices against purchase orders, approvals and agreed payment terms.
• Following up with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Preparing payment requests and coordinating with Treasury on payment schedules.
• Supporting month-end closing, account analysis and audit documentation.
• Helping improve controls and organize Accounts Payable processes. Treasury Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:
• Preparing and following up on local and international payments.
• Monitoring bank accounts, daily transactions and cash balances.
• Performing bank reconciliations and investigating differences.
• Maintaining cash-flow information and preparing regular treasury reports.
• Coordinating with banks, suppliers and internal teams on payment matters.
• Supporting documentation, controls and reporting for month-end closing.
• Helping establish efficient treasury processes for our growing operation. What we’re looking for
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Treasury in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of SAP and good Excel skills.
• A good level of English to participate in interviews and communicate with international colleagues.
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow through on deadlines.
• Availability to work on site in Buenos Aires. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
