Account Representative - NCML (Pepper Money)

The Pepper Money team are seeking expressions of interest for the Account Representative position within the asset team. This is a great opportunity for motivated Account Representatives looking to build upon their Collection Services experience in a new market. Reporting to a Team Performance Manager, as an Account Representative you’ll be at the frontline making outbound calls to customers in arrears and with a flexible approach, you’ll negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers’ circumstances and achieve business and individual outcomes.
