Customer Relationship Manager - NCML (Angle Auto)

The Angle Auto team are seeking expressions of interest for the Customer Relationship Manager position within the Asset and Mid team. This is a great opportunity for motivated Account Representatives/Customer Relationship Managers looking to build upon their Collection Services experience in a new market within Auto Collections.

Reporting to a Team Performance Manager, as a Customer Relationship Manager you’ll be at the frontline making outbound calls to locate both customers and assets to investigate overdue accounts including managing the repossession process. With a flexible approach, you’ll negotiate repayment plans and solutions to suit our customers’ circumstances.
