Co and CFO Board packs Drive reporting transformation by helping redesign management templates and developing automated dashboards Uphold standard definitions, KPI methodologies, and cost allocation rules across all business lines Partner with regional and business unit finance teams to gather inputs, validate figures, and resolve accounting queries Guide junior team members while identifying opportunities to streamline and simplify the monthly reporting cycle
