Assistant Manager, DC Online Business Last Mile and Logistics

JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant Manager, Online Business DC Last Mile and O+O Logistics is directly reporting to Manager, O+O Inventory Reconciliation, and Last Mile and responsible to oversee the day-to-day Dispatch and Last Mile Operations. The role is also responsible in leading and developing Logistic strategies in line with the Watsons O+O Business Model. JOB ROLES

• Oversee the day-to-day in the Dispatch and Last Mile Operations by providing leadership and management
• Monitor, review, and evaluate performance and drive improvements for all delivery methods of Last Mile 3PL, Store DC and Store Operations by ensuring all KPIs are delivered within SLA
• Manage and direct last mile and dispatch team to ensure achievement of KPIs with proper planning and execution.
• Plan, review, and develop plans and programs for transport and customer service to improve the overall operational performance, processes, and procedures
• Ensure contract are current and all vendors are performing within the stipulation of the contract.
• Support in developing and maintaining good working relationship with cross-functional teams on O+O and Online DC related operations and projects to ensure successful execution.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
