Associate Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service and create a positive banking experience for branch customers. Identify customers' financial needs and introduce appropriate banking products and services. Assist with account opening, account maintenance, general banking transactions and customer enquiries. Recognize potential sales opportunities and refer customers to Relationship Managers or relevant product specialists.

Support branch sales initiatives, promotional campaigns and new customer acquisition activities. Build positive customer relationships while maintaining professional service standards. Job Requirements University Degree or Associate Degree; HKCEE/HKDSE holders with at least 1 year of working experience will also be considered.

IIQE Papers 1, 2 and 3 , or equivalent qualifications, are required. Candidates must satisfy applicable licensing and regulatory requirements before conducting regulated insurance activities. Strong interest in developing a career in retail banking, customer relationship management and financial services. Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a customer-facing branch environment. Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua proficiency would be an advantage. ECF certification or Certified Banker (CB) qualification under the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be advantageous.
