Serve as a technical architecture lead across Service. Now platform solutions Provide technical direction and best-practice guidance for implementations and enhancements Conduct code and solution reviews to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable development Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal development teams Develop high-level effort estimates and contribute to work breakdown structures Support solution demonstrations and architecture discussions as needed Identify opportunities to improve and streamline platform performance and functionality Provide guidance around platform security posture and governance Required Qualifications Current Service.

Now CTA certification U.S. Citizenship Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of experience developing on the Service. Now platform in enterprise environments 7+ years of experience in application development (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, etc.) Strong experience designing scalable custom applications and integrations Proficiency in JavaScript and modern development practices Deep understanding of Service.

Now technical architecture and core modules Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking best practices Ability to lead technically while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and projects Demonstrated ability to multitask and support concurrent efforts Additional Preferred Certifications ITIL Foundation Certification Service.
