Description HRIS Manager Westwood Professional Services, Inc. The HRIS Manager is responsible for employee data integrity, producing HR-related reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national employee compliance reporting requirements. To be successful in this role, the candidate will be familiar with databases and HR software such as HRIS/Payroll systems (Paylocity required) and Applicant Tracking Systems.

The HRIS Manager will lead the integrations between Paylocity, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Power BI, and manage the HR Operations team. Ultimately, the HRIS Manager will ensure our HR Information Systems meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective.

Requirements

Lead the day-to-day operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of Paylocity and related HR systems and processes. Oversee the workload and daily priorities of the HR Operations team, and develop processes and protocols for data management across the team. Own and maintain the integration between Paylocity and Deltek Vantagepoint, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable data flow between systems.

Own and maintain the integration between Paylocity and Power BI to support HR reporting and data visualization. Partner with the Payroll Manager to ensure compliance and accuracy for employee compensation, including the integration between Paylocity and the Payroll module. Create and improve related processes. Create data governance processes and map employee data across all systems.

Partner with IT, business leaders, and HR on new system implementations and process improvements. Research vendors and lead the implementation of new integrations in collaboration with the HR team. Collaborate with IT on regular testing and upgrades to the HRIS. Prepare and submit required compliance reports, including responding to state unemployment notices and attending unemployment hearings.

Ensure compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. Design HRIS training and document data processing procedures. Generate ad-hoc reports, extracting and consolidating data from multiple systems using Excel. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in HRIS, including 2+ years in a lead, supervisory, or management role.

Strong working knowledge of Paylocity, including reporting, data management, and system configuration (required). Experience owning or managing system integrations. Hands-on experience with HR database administration. Understanding of data protection regulations and data governance best practices. Advanced Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Power BI, including integrating Paylocity data for HR reporting and dashboards. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint. Experience with payroll processes and payroll system integrations.
