• Plan and teach differentiated lessons shaped around pupils’ individual starting points.
• Use visual, practical and communication-supportive approaches.
• Track progress against individual targets and contribute to wider pupil planning.
• Lead the class team and work closely with pastoral and specialist colleagues.

About you

• Qualified Teacher Status is required for this teaching role.
• Primary teaching experience and confidence adapting learning for pupils with SEND are preferred.
• You are creative, organised and committed to positive learning relationships.
