Dyslexia Intervention Teaching Assistant – Richmond upon Thames

Senovo is recruiting a Dyslexia Intervention Teaching Assistant for a welcoming specialist provision in Richmond upon Thames. The role focuses on helping pupils develop literacy confidence through structured, evidence-informed support. The role

• Deliver planned individual and small-group literacy interventions.
• Reinforce phonics, reading, spelling and written-language strategies.
• Adapt resources and record progress against agreed targets.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to maintain consistent support.

About you

• Experience supporting pupils with dyslexia or literacy difficulties is welcomed.
• Relevant intervention, phonics or specialist-support training would be advantageous.
• You are patient, organised and able to build positive learning relationships.
