School-Based Music Therapist – Newham

Senovo is recruiting a School-Based Music Therapist for a specialist education setting in Newham. This part-time opportunity offers meaningful therapeutic work with children and young people who benefit from creative, relationship-based support. The role

• Provide individual and small-group music therapy within an agreed school timetable.
• Complete assessment, formulation, therapeutic planning and appropriate clinical records.
• Work collaboratively with education staff, families and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Contribute to safeguarding, risk management and reviews of pupil progress.

About you

• A recognised postgraduate qualification in music therapy is required.
• Current HCPC registration and experience working with children or young people are essential.
• You bring reflective practice, sound clinical boundaries and confident multidisciplinary working.
