Multi-Sensory Impairment Teaching Assistant – Camden

Senovo is recruiting a Multi-Sensory Impairment Teaching Assistant for a supportive specialist school in Camden. This role offers the opportunity to help pupils with combined sensory needs access communication, learning and everyday school life. The role

• Support pupils to engage with lessons through adapted communication, tactile resources and structured sensory approaches.
• Follow individual education, communication and mobility plans.
• Prepare accessible resources and share useful observations with teaching and specialist staff.
• Encourage confidence, choice and independence throughout the school day.

About you

• Experience supporting children with sensory impairment, complex needs or additional communication needs is welcomed.
• Relevant communication or sensory-support training would be advantageous.
• You are patient, attentive and committed to inclusive practice.
