CUSTOMER SERVICE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Permanent) Our client, a local insurance company in WNY, is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate that offers tremendous opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

Sell and service a full range of life, disability, personal, and commercial insurance products Help clients make informed decisions by identifying coverage options that align with their goals Attend regular sales and training meetings to build expertise and stay informed on market developments Partner with knowledgeable team members across departments to provide comprehensive customer support Grow your product knowledge, sales skills, and professional confidence with ongoing team guidance and support Work well in a team environment as well as independently Other duties as assigned/as necessary Details: Position is full-time, direct hire 100% in-office for initial training period; hybrid schedule to follow M-F 8:30 – 5:00, flexible after training $20.
