The Role At infiniteVIU, customer work is everything.

As a (Senior) Technical Consultant at infiniteVIU, you will ensure that RELEX systems integrate seamlessly into our customers’ IT landscapes. Your work will focus on data integration, interface management, and system architecture, enabling smooth, scalable, and high-performance solutions. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and customers to deliver technically robust solutions that support supply chain optimization, continuous service, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain integrations between RELEX and customer systems (ERP, WMS, POS, e-commerce platforms, etc.) Manage interface configurations, data mappings, and transformation logic Support project teams with technical architecture design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements Participate in technical workshops, design sessions, and code/configuration reviews Develop scripts, tools, or automation to streamline data flows and system operations Support continuous service activities and system optimization post-implementation What You Bring 2–7+ years of experience in technical consulting, system integration, or software implementation Strong knowledge of system architectures, APIs, data integration patterns, and ETL processes Experience with SaaS/enterprise software implementations (preferably RELEX or comparable SCM/retail systems) Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, scripting, or middleware technologies Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with functional and business teams Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus Willingness to travel when required What We Consider a Plus Experience with RELEX Agents or GenAI integrations Background in grocery, retail, CPG, or FMCG industries Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience in monitoring, data quality, and performance optimization Familiarity with space & assortment, pricing & promotions, or workforce management processes What We Offer Collaborate with a highly skilled, international team on cutting-edge projects Exposure to advanced topics such as GenAI and intelligent automation in supply chains Early responsibility and impactful work across implementation, integration, and continuous service Modern, flexible, and entrepreneurial work environment Regular co-working with international colleagues in different European cities Competitive compensation and career development opportunities How to Apply If you are excited about building technically robust supply chain solutions and want to be part of our journey, we would love to hear from you.
