Lead end-to-end Finance functional design for global ERP transformation (GL, AP, AR, FA, CO, consolidation) Define target operating model, chart of accounts, and global standard processes Drive fit-gap analysis, blueprint solutions, and functional specifications Ensure integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g.

KSMART, KWMS, billing or other internal operating system) Support vendor selection, RFI/RFP evaluation, and solution validation workshops Govern data migration, testing strategy (SIT/UAT), and business readiness Provide ongoing functional leadership across implementation and post-go-live optimization Define and leverage AI / Agentic AI capabilities to streamline finance processes, improve automation, and deliver scalable, high-value business use cases Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, translating business requirements into ERP solutions that effectively enable and standardize end-to-end finance processes
