Operations Specialist – Data Analytics (Chinese Speaking) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support business operations through data analysis and reporting. The successful candidate will analyze operational performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and monitor operational data, including campaign performance, user activity, retention, and transaction trends. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions. Evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and user conversion metrics. Identify operational issues through data analysis and recommend process improvements.

Collaborate with the operations, product, and technical teams to develop data-driven strategies. Support ongoing optimization of operational performance through actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or game economy/balancing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data modeling.

Good communication and teamwork skills. Fluency in Chinese and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the online gaming industry, particularly with casino-style or slot-based games. Knowledge of probability, statistics, and game economy or balancing principles. Experience using Python for data analysis, simulation, or data processing. Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or data visualization platforms is an advantage.
