Hospice Nurse LPN/RN FT nights

Hospice LPN/RN – Making every moment matter As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life for patients and supporting families during some of their most important moments. Working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you'll deliver compassionate care that brings comfort, dignity, and peace.

This is a FT night shift position, 7pm-7am Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun. This is a driving position delivering care to patients living in facilities and homes within Ohio's Hospice South region.

Qualifications

LPN's -Graduate of an accredited nursing school; LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions; Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred. RN's

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio without any board actions. Two years of acute care nursing experience preferred. CPR Certified. Computer skills are sufficient to properly document services and care. Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record. State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
