Lawyer - Employment & Pensions (NQ-Associate)

Are you looking to shape impactful client outcomes in Employment & Pensions law? We are looking for a Solicitor from NQ level through to Associate to join our Employment & Pensions team, based in either our Birmingham or Manchester office. You will advise clients, manage matters and deliver high-quality legal solutions across a varied caseload.

You’ll build strong client relationships, support business development initiatives and play a key role in the continued growth of the team. Lead on client matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice Managing own caseload of employment tribunal claims Ensure high standards of service and compliance Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation with accuracy Strong technical knowledge of Employment and/or Pensions law Experience managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision Drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail Ability to build and maintain client relationships Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities Hybrid working 25 days holiday, 2 gift days at Christmas.
