Operating Administration Associate

Responsibilities

Conduct operational jobs for business support such as system parameter setup, user setup, SWIFT RMA maintenance and annual review, SWIFT messages monitoring and distribution; inactive account semi-annual review, abandoned property annual review, etc. Participate in or Coordinate the projects of the development and optimization of operational system, support product development and system enhancement.

Collect, analyze and present business requirements for IT system, conduct system test, follow up implementation of the projects. Cooperate the development of new products and new services; participate in operational work flow design, operational system development, policies and procedures preparation etc. to actualize the development.

Maintain operational risk event log of Operations Department, prepare complete related operational risk reports as required. Periodically conduct system user right review, maintain operational risk event log of Operations Department, and prepare related operational risk reports as required. Rotate from operational position to get training on business process.

Additional Responsibilities Work with the supervisor of Operating Administration to manage and support all business functions within Operations Department. Work with Front Desk to support new business initiatives. Work with Compliance and Risk Management Officers to develop appropriate controls of business lines. Attend annual BSA/AML training program, assume responsibility, as appropriate, to report suspicious activity to BSA/AML Officer.

Work with the supervisor and support staff for any additional responsibilities. Back up for other business functions as required.

Qualifications

B.A. degree; advanced degree in business, finance. Minimum of 3 years of experience of commercial bank business such as Basic Banking, Loan Service, Funds Transfer, Trade Service and Treasury. Strong IT skills, working experience in banking system development is preferred. Excellent communication and customer services skills.

Strong priority skills and the ability to multi-task in a time sensitive environment, detail oriented work mind, and good capability in learning new knowledge and skills. Chinese and English bilingual written and oral communication skills. The estimated base salary range for this position is $80,000 and $110,000 per year.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as work experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
