Senior Manager, Strategic Rewards

JOB SUMMARY

You lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of the company’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You ensure that compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Your role

covers Salary structures, Incentive plans, Benefits, Recognition and Market benchmarking. You work closely with senior leadership and People Partners to ensure alignment and effective communication of rewards programs. JOB ROLES Rewards Strategy Design Execution Lead development and implementation of total rewards strategies (pay, incentives, benefits, recognition, well-being) Aim to attract and retain top talent Market Benchmarking Analysis Conduct market analysis to align rewards with industry standards Maintain >90% alignment with market median Annual Compensation Review Oversee merit increases, bonus allocations, and salary adjustments Ensure completion within budget and timeline Target: zero audit findings Strategic Advisory Governance Advise leaders on pay decisions, job evaluations, and policy interpretation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies Rewards Communication Engagement Develop and deliver communication plans for rewards programs Team Leadership Capability Building Manage and develop the rewards team Provide coaching and growth opportunities People Analytics Insights Use data to analyze trends and measure program effectiveness Provide recommendations for improvement Operational Excellence Collaboration Partner with People Technology, Payroll, and Finance Ensure accurate data, reporting, and staff cost planning alignment
