O2C Specialist (Hybrid)

• Allocate customer payments accurately and on time.

• Monitor overdue invoices and drive timely collections.
• Manage customer claims, disputes, and payment resolutions.
• Perform credit assessments, manage credit limits, and support order releases.
• Handle customer invoicing, repayment schedules, and cash flow forecasting support.
• Support month-end closing, accruals, and AR aging reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, finance transformation, and internal control initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, I2C, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Good understanding of AR, collections, and credit management processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is required to support stakeholders in the China market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
• FMCG industry experience, especially in beverages or nutrition, is an added advantage.
