Senior Content Producer (recruiting from Malta and abroad)

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Senior Content Producer to join their Malta team. The Senior Content Producer leads the hands-on production and delivery of high-quality video and photography projects annually across Live Casino operations. Acting as the bridge between Marketing, Production, and Post-Production, this role focuses on translating pre-approved campaign briefs into polished, high-impact visual assets that support key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Delivery Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of video and photographic content across multiple marketing campaigns and business initiatives. Produce high-quality content from pre-defined marketing briefs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives. Manage all stages of production, including pre-production planning, shoot execution, asset management, and delivery to post-production teams. Deliver a high volume of content across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Ensure content is optimised for a range of digital, social, commercial, and promotional channels.
2. High-Volume Production Management Own the successful delivery of video and photography shoots annually. Develop and manage production schedules, resource allocation, and shoot logistics. Balance multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring projects remain on time and within scope. Implement efficient production workflows and best practices to maximise output and consistency. Maintain detailed oversight of project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration Provide leadership and day-to-day direction to videographers, photographers, freelancers, and production support staff. Collaborate closely with editors, producers, project managers, and marketing stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle. Ensure seamless communication between production and post-production teams. Support the development of team capabilities through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
4. Technical Production Excellence Lead studio and location-based productions, ensuring the highest standards of visual quality. Operate and oversee professional camera, lighting, audio, and production equipment. Ensure consistency across all video and photographic outputs through strong technical and creative oversight. Maintain expert knowledge of modern production techniques, workflows, and emerging technologies. Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions under tight deadlines.
5. Stakeholder & Project Management Act as the primary production contact for internal stakeholders and multiple business teams. Translate marketing requirements into clear production plans and deliverables. Provide regular updates on project progress, production schedules, risks, and resource requirements. Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Operations, Studio Management, and Post-Production functions. Ensure all deliverables meet agreed objectives, deadlines, and quality expectations.
6. Quality Control & Continuous Improvement Establish and maintain consistent visual standards across all content outputs. Review content throughout production and post-production to ensure quality and brand compliance. Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, workflows, and content performance. Support the adoption of new technologies, tools, and production processes that enhance output and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

Professional experience of at least 3 years in content production, videography, photography, or video production leadership roles. Proven track record of delivering high-volume commercial content across multiple concurrent projects. Strong experience producing content for digital, social, marketing, entertainment, gaming, broadcast, or commercial environments.

Demonstrated experience managing production teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Extensive knowledge of professional camera systems, lighting, audio equipment, and studio production workflows. Strong understanding of post-production processes, including editing, colour grading, motion graphics, and content delivery workflows.

Experience working within fast-paced production environments where speed, organisation, and quality are equally important. Excellent project management, planning, and organisational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
