We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our client base and promote our credit solutions, including Asset Finance, SME & Business Loans, Logbook Loans, and Emergency Loans. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build strong customer relationships, execute marketing campaigns, and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills are essential to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility. Identify new business opportunities through market research. Track sales performance and report to management.
Requirements
Age 23 years and above. Minimum KCSE certificate (Diploma/Certificate is an added advantage). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven with excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer literacy and digital marketing knowledge.
