The Residential Services Manager oversees the daily operations of assigned residential sites, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services in a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment. This role supervises and develops Direct Support Professionals, manages staffing and scheduling, monitors documentation and regulatory compliance, collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams, and oversees health, safety, facility, and fiscal practices.
