Roles available Social Wellbeing

  • Companion Music Club Support
  • Monday's from 10:30am Bingo Support
  • Tuesday's fortnightly from 1:30pm Assist with our Willow Cafe
  • Thursday's from 10:00am Social Wellbeing
  • Happy Hour Support
  • Friday's from 1:30pm About the role/s Social Wellbeing
  • Companion As a Companion Volunteer, you will provide one-on-one social support to residents, helping them feel connected, valued, and engaged. Activities may include chatting, reminiscing, reading together, sharing interests, playing games, or simply spending quality time together. Your companionship can have a significant impact on a resident's wellbeing by reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Music Club Support Monday's from 10:30am Help transport resident to the activity area for them to participate in the music session. Provide companionship during the session by sitting alongside them as they sing or dance. Bingo Support Tuesday's from 1:30pm Help support resident to enjoy their favourite game of Bingo. Assist with our Willow Cafe Thursday's at 10:00am Sit and chat with residents in our Willow Cafe. Social Wellbeing
  • Happy Hour Support Join residents for one of the most enjoyable social events of the week! As a Happy Hour Support Volunteer, you will help create a welcoming and lively atmosphere by encouraging conversation, social interaction, and participation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections, and helping residents have fun in a relaxed social setting.
