Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of Digitide Solutions, representing the company and its values. Your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing product/service information, and resolving any issues that arise.

Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to offer informed advice.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive brand image. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to offer competitive solutions. Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer interactions and suggestions.

Ensure data privacy and security during customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
