Assistant Manager, People Development

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for the design and delivery of the assigned training programs in order to strengthen line management skills to efficiently deliver business results thereby achieving the mission to put a smile in our customers faces JOB ROLES

• Designing and developing assigned training programs and standard training communication art cards for new joiners, management development or compliance training using the standard training templates (i.e., TNA, Design template, Storyboard template)
• Crafting and regular updating offline training storyboards base on approved training design in order to convert offline modules into e-learning
• Designing a variety of internal training communications art cards including but not limited to infographics, training bulletins (aligned with ASW/Watsons/SM branding guidelines) to be delivered across a variety of communication channels
• Ensuring teams are compliant in all policies and regulations thru seamless delivery and completion of all annual mandatory/compliance and office productivity training
• Partnering with Digital Learning Designer on the timely development of e-learning modules/programs required by the organization
• Preparing/checking training program implementation and budget expenses reports (ASW/SM) for submission
