Camp Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | Timbavati, Mpumalanga Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager for a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati region. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running. Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality. Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team. Oversee front-of-house operations, housekeeping and general camp standards. Manage budgets, stock control and operational costs.

Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards. Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Camp Manager or senior lodge management role within a luxury safari environment. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities. Sound financial and operational management experience. A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a remote lodge environment.
