Human Resource Associate

Summary The People and Operations Associate plays a vital role in facilitating human resource administration and managing daily internal operations within a rapidly expanding organization. This position ensures the consistency and efficiency of critical functions such as staff record management, onboarding procedures, and performance evaluation cycles as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate staff records, employment contracts, and personnel files. Orchestrate the onboarding process for new employees, associates, and interns. Facilitate the staff appraisal cycle and ensure all performance documentation is completed. Draft, prepare, and file engagement agreements for contractors and consultants.

Monitor employee leave, track attendance, and manage the internal organizational calendar. Aid the recruitment function by posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Ensure the staff handbook and internal policies remain up to date. Support internal communication efforts and coordinate team meetings.

Act as the primary point of contact for handling routine administrative inquiries.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources administration or a related operational role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in maintaining confidential personnel records and documentation. Experience coordinating onboarding programs and supporting recruitment activities.

Excellent communication skills for internal correspondence and stakeholder interaction. Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing organization. Familiarity with performance management processes and policy documentation.
