Fine Dining Bartender (A Land Remembered)

Summary: The Fine Dining Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests in accordance with*Company Standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with guests courteously. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision. Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience. Set up the bar area before opening the bar, including liquor, ice, etc. Maintain a clean and organized bar area. Responsible for knowledge of laws regarding age requirements, responsible alcohol service guidelines, etc.

Maintains Responsible Vendors training status and attends all mandatory meetings. Monitors guests' drinking habits to prevent abusive consumption of alcohol. Service and fulfill to-go orders via the lobby bar by phone and in person. Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications: Minimum one year of bartending experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail skills. Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently. Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education
