Loan Associate

Finance of America is seeking a Loan Officer Associate to support Loan Officers in increasing production through administrative, borrower support, and loan pre-processing activities. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role collects documentation, coordinates appraisals, manages Docu. Sign packages, and maintains accurate loan pipeline records in Salesforce and other systems.

Responsibilities include

communicating with borrowers, resolving outstanding documentation needs, and ensuring timely handoffs to processing and underwriting. Ideal candidates bring 6+ months of mortgage origination-related experience, an active NMLS license, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
